Leo Salcé is an Architect and a Consultant with Microdesk. He specializes in helping firms implement BIM technology with both Revit and AutoCAD-based platforms and integrating Sustainable Design applications into their workflow. He has developed BIM/CAD standards and advanced visualizations for numerous design firms and government agencies.

Leo is an architect by trade with close to 10 years of experience designing and managing BIM/CAD and construction document production. He has worked on a variety of projects throughout the U.S. and abroad, ranging from high end residential to commercial and retail.

In 2000, Leo founded LSTUDIO, a design visualization studio specializing in architectural renderings and animations. Leo is a LEED AP, BD+C and a Revit Implementation Expert.

He holds a degree in Architecture and Computer Science from Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic, where he is also a Registered Architect and is an International Associate AIA. He is also an active educator, published writer, and speaker.

Leo created and teaches Green BIM Fundamentals, a 1-day course that teaches designers design analysis and advanced visualization strategies to help achieve more sustainable designs and LEED points.
