The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) program helps to measure your experience in working with us. If you have recently activated an Autodesk product or if your Subscription renewal is due, you may be invited to complete an online survey. This survey helps us to gauge our performance and ways we can improve. We aim to always provide earn a "perfect 10."

About the Survey
The CSAT survey is conducted by CustomerSAT, a provider of customer feedback and loyalty solutions. If you recently activated an Autodesk product, renewed your product subscription, or received technical support from Microdesk, be on the lookout for an email invitation from CustomerSAT (autodesk_partners@ecem1.com). If you don't receive the invitation, please check your spam folder. Your feedback is very important to us. We are held to a very high standard of scoring at least a 9 or above. So if you are happy with the level of service you are receiving, please give us that "perfect 10."
