Northeast Arc Users Group invites Microdesk’s geospatial experts to speak at annual conference.
Nashua, NH (10/22/2007). Geospatial consultants from Microdesk will present technical sessions at NEARC’s annual conference, the northeast’s premier event for GIS experts and ESRI software users.
Katie Jacques, Geospatial Application Engineer and ESRI Authorized Trainer, will present “Getting the Most Out of Your CAD Data in GIS.” The presentation will focus on what to do with CAD drawings from engineers and contractors, and using ArcGIS to realize the full value of CAD data. Tim Gunn, P.E., Geospatial Applications Developer, will present “Moving Up to ArcGIS Server.” Tim will discuss his work using ArcServer to build web-based mapping tools for cities and towns. He’ll also focus on tools and techniques to help first-time ArcServer users quickly create customized tools without any advanced programming skills.
