Microdesk was founded in 1994 as an Autodesk Reseller with a simple mission – to assist Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner/Operators and GIS firms with improving workflows and integrating project delivery technologies. Twenty-five years later and that mission still holds true.

Microdesk specializes in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VD&C) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to keep pace with the demands of Urbanization and the need for Sustainability. Using software from industry leaders, such as Autodesk and IBM, combined with our vision and passion for sustainably meeting the demands of urbanization, our team of industry experts is redefining project deliver and asset management.

Our Leadership

Michael DeLacey
Michael DeLaceyPrincipal & CEO
Michael is an enterprise-level Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations and Maintenance (AECO) technology consultant with more than 25 years of experience in integrating technology into the planning, design, construction and operations and maintenance process. As Principal and CEO, Michael oversees all aspects of Microdesk’s sales, marketing, consulting and software development operations, and he has been instrumental in developing technology plans and implementation strategies for organizations throughout the United States and Europe. Michael holds a degree in Computer Information Systems, coupled with extensive work experience in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Facility and Asset Management, Geographic Information Systems and Architecture and Building Engineering.
Robin Adams
Robin AdamsPrincipal
As one of Microdesk’s founding principals, Robin brings 30 years of experience at all levels within nationally recognized firms that provide turnkey solutions within the AECO industries. Her work encapsulates finance, strategic planning, and overseeing operations growing Microdesk into an Platinum Autodesk Reseller. Prior to founding Microdesk in 1994, she spent 9 years at a Massachusetts-based Autodesk channel partner, providing technical, sales and marketing support for CAD and GIS products. Robin holds degrees in Architectural and Building Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College and in Computer Information Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
Darren End
Darren EndChief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Darren brings over 20 years of finance, treasury, international accounting and management experience, along with a background working with specialized software firms, to his role. Between 1998 and 2006, Darren held senior financial management positions at rapidly-growing software companies in the US and abroad, where he gained experience helping firms secure venture capital, prepare for IPOs and consolidate financial operations after M&As. Currently, Darren serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of Mill City Grows, a non-profit organization that fosters food justice, and he served as the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors at Brush Art Gallery & Studios, a non-profit organization that supports working artists.
Robert Zannotti
Robert ZannottiExecutive VP of Global Sales
As the Executive VP of Global Sales for Microdesk, Robert is responsible for managing Microdesk’s global sales team across the United States and Europe. He has been with Microdesk since 2006, starting as an Account Executive, servicing clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and eventually becoming Microdesk’s first Business Development Manager in 2010 helping Microdesk solidify itself as a longstanding Platinum Autodesk Reseller. He has over 28 years of experience with selling and servicing large institutional accounts and managing and developing sales executives. Robert holds a degree in Economics and a minor in Business from The College of the Holy Cross, along with an MBA from Boston University.
Jody Reynolds
Jody ReynoldsVice President of Consulting
As Vice President of Consulting, Jody is responsible for managing Microdesk’s consulting services organization, along with overseeing the successful execution of all client consulting engagements and managing strategic relationships with technical partners. He is directly involved with evaluating clients’ technical needs and making strategic recommendations for how to best leverage today’s technologies alongside Microdesk’s deep bench of technical resources to help them achieve their business goals. Jody brings a broad range of experience in planning, site analysis, conceptual and final design, as well as field-to-finish processes and streamlining data collection operations.
Kevin Rose
Kevin RoseVP of Information Technology
As Vice President of Information Technology, Kevin oversees Information Technology system operations for the organization’s offices within the United States and Europe. He is responsible for ensuring that all systems and infrastructure support and align with the company’s strategic goals, and he works closely with Microdesk’s leadership team, staff members, and vendors as necessary to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective, scalable IT solutions that address all aspects of the organization as well as the technological requirements for providing client training, consultation and support. Kevin has a broad range of computer and networking expertise, including extensive experience implementing AutoCAD and Autodesk products into AEC firms of all sizes, along with experience developing websites, database systems, and applications.
Evan Forsberg
Evan ForsbergDirector of Sales, Western Region
As Microdesk’s Regional Director of Sales, Western Region, Evan manages Microdesk’s sales team based along the West Coast growing it’s Autodesk Reseller footprint. Prior to joining Microdesk, Evan held the position of Regional Sales Director at a Fortune 500 technology firm in San Francisco, and he was with the company for more than 10 years, starting as an Account Executive. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Siena College.
Joseph Martino
Joseph MartinoDirector of Sales, Eastern Region
As Microdesk’s Regional Director of Sales, Eastern Region, Joseph manages Microdesk’s sales team based along the East Coast growing it’s Autodesk Reseller footprint. Prior to joining Microdesk, Joseph was the Director of Sales for a large Cloud Technology company in New Jersey. He has over 15 years of experience in driving sales and leading sales professionals. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Montclair State University.
