Microdesk Seeks Further Engagement in Middle East Market

Since its founding in 1994, Microdesk has aspired to attain a global reach, and as we have grown over the years we have attained new opportunities to expand to new regions. With thirteen offices and thousands of projects worldwide, Microdesk has consistently sought ways to innovate project delivery in new corners of the world. In 2015, Microdesk launched operations and established an office in London, U.K. and has seen great success partnering with UK-based clients, most recently the award-winning design firm Scott Brownrigg. Other internationally renowned firms and organizations Microdesk has partnered with include Kohn Pederson Fox and Harvard University. Over the years, Microdesk’s reach has spanned the globe, with engagements throughout Europe and Asia, including Shanghai, China, Tokyo, Japan and Geneva, Switzerland.

Adding to its international experience in Europe and Asia, Microdesk has begun seeking further engagement in the Middle East. In the past, we partnered with Thornton Tomasetti, an engineering firm with a large presence in the Middle East, to assist in Revit mentoring and design for Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower. To support our further engagement in the Middle East, Microdesk has developed a dedicated team for the region to support the growth and opportunity available there. This team has comprehensive regional experience ranging from business development, consulting, architecture and urban design in most of the countries in the Middle East. Their expertise makes them well-suited for leading Microdesk’s effort to expand further into the international arena, with a strong emphasis in the Middle East.
