Ramona is a part of the Construction Solutions Specialist team, helping clients with the construction coordination process, providing technical support and managing the model exchange between consultants and clients. Before joining Microdesk, Ramona worked at Turner Construction Co. where she managed and developed high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
